Refund policy
We have a 2-day return policy in case of item is damaged or received the wrong, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Due to the unique nature of handmade art, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged. You will be eligible for a return, if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note:
- Unboxing video is mandatory
- Kindly ensure the video is clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the product is highlighted in zoom.
- You must send us a video of the original labels and tags intact box. If the video is not shared as per the mentioned details we will be not able to cater any further request.
- We will be requiring a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further.
- Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honored. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, freebies or gift cards.
- In case a user buys multiple products, only the damaged product will be accepted.
- Any single jewelry in a combo cannot be replaced or returned.
- the shipping charges for returns or exchanges for any reason other than the above mentioned will be charged to the customer

Please mention the following details in the email / WhatsApp:
order number, product title, date of purchase, and reason for return, attach receipt or proof of purchase, picture of the product.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Note:
(Once the return was approved, we request you to be available for the reverse pick-up, and we request you to answer calls from the delivery partner. In the absence of your availability or inability to answer the calls, the delivery partner may, at their discretion, cancel the reverse pick-up. In all such cases, the process will have to be re-initiated again and the overall timeline will increase.
Further, please note that while most pin codes are forward and reverse serviceable, in rare cases, some pin codes may only be forward serviceable and not reverse serviceable. In all such cases, we may request you to return the product via an alternate courier service)
Refunds (if applicable):
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Cancellation of Order:
Considering operational challenges, We do not have order cancellations. Request customers to avoid impulsive orders.
